Residents of the Austin Creek subdivision have lots of amenities at their fingertips. For instance, on the north side of the neighborhood there is a nice neighborhood park. It has a large open field, beautiful shade trees, and even a basketball court. It is the perfect place to enjoy a nice day outside. Another amenity that residents enjoy is the sports park on the eastern edge of the subdivision consisting of diamonds for baseball and softball, two fields for soccer, a skate park, a playground, and a beautiful pond.

Governing Documents

  • Articles of Incorporation - The Articles of Incorporation establish the association and its related subdivision grounds.
  • By-Laws - The Bylaws clarify the governing requirements.
  • CCRs - The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) is the document that states the covenants between the homeowner/resident and the Austin Creek Homeowners Association.
  • Enforcement Policy - It is in the best interest of the association to use a standardized enforcement procedure to enforce provisions of the covenants and restrictions; and to communicate a clear enforcement policy to all members.
  • Austin Creek Anexations - Declaration of Annexation of Austin Creek Subdivision No. 3 to that declaration of CCRs for Austin Creek subdivisions No. 1 and No. 2.
  • Resolution to Charge Owners - Grants authority to charge for new owner record.
  • Estoppel - Austin Creek subdivision HOA Board of Directors resolution to change the provision of estoppel services and transfer fees.
